Doodles With Sara is a thoughtfully curated collection of original illustrations—some that lived quietly on my iPad for years, others you may recognize from past flash releases, and a few that are stepping into the light for the very first time. Each page was deliberately composed, layered, and refined with the intention of being colored, not just looked at.
Printed on Bristol vellum, these pages strike that sweet spot: smooth enough for clean lines, sturdy enough to handle colored pencils, markers, gel pens, and other dry or semi-dry mediums. They won’t love heavy, watery washes—but everything else? Go wild.
The book is top-spiral bound, making it fully usable for left-handed artists (no awkward wrist gymnastics required) and easy to flip, rotate, or lay flat while you work. Whether you’re coloring at your desk, on the couch, or tucked into a quiet corner with a cup of tea, it’s designed to be comfortable and accessible.
